Our experienced and passionate team provides attentive, hands on care in a clean, state of the art facility designed with your dog’s safety and well being in mind. Every member of our staff is trained in dog behavior and body language, proper handling techniques, and safety protocols, and is trained in human and pet first aid and pet CPR, ensuring your dog is cared for with knowledge, confidence, and attention to detail.

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS

Boarding and Grooming Dogs must have the following up to date vaccines and furnish a certificate from a Veterinarian or Certified Technician with the expiration dates of:
  • RABIES
  • BORDETELLA
  • PARVO
  • DISTEMPTER

Payment is due in full upon check in.

for DOGS:

All runs $40.00 per day, per dog

  • All runs are 5ft deep inside and 10ft deep outside. We offer varying sizes in width to accommodate any type of dog.
  • Medications and specialty food preparations are FREE.
  • Each dog gets outside yard time at least three times a day for FREE.
  • We do not co-mingle dogs, each dog gets supervised time in the play yard. Only dogs from the same household are allowed to be together if owner gives permission.

$20.00 per day

  • Required vaccinations for cats include RABIES AND FELINE LEUKEMIA

Be sure to bring all food and necessary medications needed for your pet. Package your pets food per feeding in a ziplock bag is preferred.

Whether your dog enjoys mental challenges, extra time outdoors, or simply more attention, our team can tailor their stay to match their needs and personality. Many of our add-ons also include photo updates, so you can stay connected and see your dog enjoying their time with us.

 

Grooming services can also be added during your dog’s stay, making it easy for your dog to go home clean, refreshed, and ready to relax after their visit.

Add-ons

Next Level Pet Resort will accept blankets, towels, or bedding for your pet. Next Level Pet Resort and its employees and sub-contractors will not be held responsible for the condition of these items or pet(s) that are left with these items. Please be aware that these products will be removed from your pet’s area should Next Level Pet Resort decide that the items are causing a safety risk to your pet(s).

  • For the safety of all pets in our care, we require all dogs to be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella.

  • We may also recommend additional vaccines based on your dog’s lifestyle and participation in services such as daycare or group play. Proof of vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian is required prior to your dog’s stay.

  • Yes. Our team is trained and certified through PackPro in pet first aid and emergency procedures. We prioritize safety at every level and ensure our staff is prepared to respond quickly and appropriately in any situation.
  • Yes. Staff live on site, so there is always someone present to monitor the facility and care for the dogs overnight. This provides an added level of safety, security, and peace of mind for our clients.
  • Yes. We offer photo and update options as add on services so you can stay connected while your dog is with us.

  • We also offer professional pet photography sessions that can be booked during your dog’s stay, giving you high quality photos to remember their time with us.
  • For safety and comfort, boarding dogs are kept separate and are not co-mingled with other dogs. The only exception is dogs from the same household, and only with owner approval.

  • For daycare, dogs are placed into small, structured, and carefully supervised playgroups based on size, temperament, and play style to ensure safe and appropriate interactions.

  • We prioritize a controlled and well managed environment so every dog has a safe and positive experience.
  • Our hours vary by service:

  • Boarding drop off and pick up hours
  • – Monday through Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • – Saturday: 8am to 3pm
  • – Sunday: 4pm to 5pm

  • Daycare hours
  • – Monday through Saturday: 7:30am to 6pm

  • We are closed for drop off and pick up on some major holidays.
  •  
  • All drop off and pick up must occur within these scheduled hours.
  • Please bring your dog’s food pre portioned into individual meals in sealed bags or containers. This helps us keep feeding consistent and ensures your dog stays on their normal routine.

  • If your dog requires medication, it must be in a veterinary prescribed container with clear instructions.
  •  
  • We do not allow outside beds or blankets to be brought from home. We can provide blankets for dogs that are appropriate for bedding, however we are not responsible for any bedding that is chewed or ingested.
